The thistles of the Channel, at the foot of the mills dear to Don Quixote, with the representation of a yeast, a dog breed very frequent in the region (the figure of the galgo corredor always starving in Don Quixote) and a crowd of beggars children, true speciality of the region, perpetually subjected to dryness.
