MPX5122105: At the Cafe Royal, Regent St. the 5th Annual Festival of Poultry Feather Hats was held - there were two classes Fashion Hats and Zany Hats, both classes were judged Otto Lucas the well known milliner. All the hats were entered by amateurs in a nation-wide competition which will be featured at the International Poultry Show (Olympia London).
