Place des Victoires, Paris 2nd arrondissement. Jules Hardouin Mansart (1646-1708) designed this square dedicated to Louis XIV (1638-1715), basing all its proportions on those of the king's statue. The revolutionaries destroyed the monument which was replaced in 1822 by the equestrian statue made by Francois Joseph Bosio (1768-1845).

Le Parc de la Villette (1983-1985), 211 avenue Jean Jaures, Paris 19th arrondissement. Before becoming an exhibition venue, the Grande Halle de la Villette was a walk to the oxen of the Villette slaughterhouses. This hall was built in 1867 by Jules de Merindol (1815-1888). From the slaughterhouses of the Villette, closed on March 15, 1974, only this large hall remains.

Rehabilitates an international reception centre for artists, researchers, intellectuals and academics since 2004. There are eighty one furniture dwellings and workshops dwellings available to them. The Centre also houses the Maison de l'Architecture of France and a cultural animation association. Photography 2005.
