Jeffrey Matthews, of Rumney, Cardiff, researched the history of his biological father and uncovered a half-brother and half-sister living in America. Mr Matthews went to New York on Easter Monday to be reunited with his long-lost family. The 67-year-old had given up on finding out about his dad, but was encouraged to continue after reading a story in the Echo.
