This anthem to concrete has been home since 1959 to the Economic and Social Council, established by the 1958 Constitution promulgated by General de Gaulle. Interior architect Pierre Paulin signs the furniture of the hypostyle room. And Martial Raysse carries out the mosaics in the conference room.
