The complex consists of a central park of about 11 hectares and two peripheral gardens: the Leblanc Garden in the south, which houses the Jardin Noir, and the Saint-Charles Garden in the northeast, connects to the park by a walkway above Balard Street, which contains the Jardin Blanc.
