ZUM4938404: Jun. 08, 1954 - Danish Supreme Court decides that Paul must go back to his German mother - After a legal 'fight' lasting some years, Mrs. Bierkart, a Danish woman learn that her “” adopted son” Paul, son of a German woman named Friedrich must be returned to this German mother. Paul has lived with Mrs. Bierkart for ten years and is now 12½ years of age. The decision was made by the Danish Supreme Court in spite of the fact that Paul wishes to remain in Denmark. Doctor tells of the scar on man's hand - A man sat in a London coronary's court today and heard a police surgeon say that a scar on his hand was consistent with the measurements of a suspender clip attached to the stocking which killed Mrs. Violet McGrath. The man, Mr. Walter Hensby, sat in Westminster coronary's court at the inquest of Mrs. McGrath, 64-year old mother-in-law of film star Michael Rennie.
