The Lavender Hill Mob-a group of boxers who train at a pub in Lavender Hill London chose Julie as their president. And yesterday she turned up at a training session. She found Chris, a dual champion, getting into shape for a fight next week. Being in good shape herself, she tended the champ between rounds, showing him the ropes. About a million forged pound notes are believed to be in circulation in this country (1972). Shopkeepers, street tradesmen and business houses and banks have been warned about them.
