In the programme Frank Spencer organises a nativity play which involves an angel flying across the stage but as always things go wrong for him and he flies through the roof of the church and carries on flying. The scene is being shot at Runham near Great Yarmouth. Michael is pulled through the roof with the aid of a helicopter complete with cross and merry christmas sign. Dressed as an angel, Michal is then carried to 800 feet which was his own stunt. 28th October 1974 (b/w photo) / Bridgeman Images
