OMG4548524: Le CENTQURE in Paris, 104 rue d'Aubervilliers, 75019 Paris. CENTQURE, the new artistic establishment of the City of Paris, opens its doors on 11 October 2008 in the old buildings of the Municipal Funebres, located between 5 rue Curial and 104 rue d'Aubervilliers. This place of creation and production unique in the world, both in its architecture and in its surface area of 39,000 square metres, offers artists working spaces adapted, in terms of surfaces and equipment, to the contemporary requirements of creation. Ornaments and fresco, the former “buffet of the Gare de Lyon” perfectly represents the fine style of the second empire. On April 7, 1901, it was even inaugurated by the President of the Republic, Emile Loubet. It was not until 1963 that it was renamed “” Le Train bleu”” in honour of the legendary Paris-Ventimille train (Paris Ventimille) / Bridgeman Images
