The artist Lilian Bourgeat has suspended a gigantic light bulb of 50 meters in diameter that only lights up under the combined push of several visitors. At the origin of this project, the city of Chalon sur Saone, which has partnered with a non-governmental organization, W.W.F, the agency for the environment and the management of energy as well as the house of the environment to demonstrate that at the scale of a territory it is possible to reduce greenhouse gas emissions more efficiently than do not provide for this in the Kyoto agreements.
