The West German Federal Republic has signed a treaty stating that thin country will deliver to Israel merchandise worth of three billion marks, within the next twelve years. This is the legal restitution to be paid to the young Israel government, by the Federal Republic. The 7,000-ton-trade” Haifa” entered the Bremen Harbor, on 22 July 1953. Since the early morning hours of July 23rd, 1953, laborers are busy to shop the first goods to sent to Israel.
