The reason was that on Saturday on Scottish BBC 1 television, he was interviewing witches at a meeting and had to strip to join the circle. However it is no ordinary Kart but Davids only method of transport for he is a victim of Spina Bifida and has no real use in his legs. The Kart has been specially designed and made by apprentices at a large Wolverhampton, Engineering Factory and was presented to David this week. The Kart which is used by David inside and outside his home is even fitted with a reverse gear. Space Structures Workshop - a small group of experimental artists - had some of their plastic creations there for the children to play on, and in. There was a tunnel, a sort of balloon, and the "witch's cauldron" surrounded by coloured smoke. The kids lazed, romped, jumped, climbed, and just as often fell. It was a great day in the sun.
