The first coach slid down the embankment, and the driver, Natorman T. Barker, was taken to hospital with shock. The second each hung over the edge of the embankment. He plans to rear cattle in real ranching style on 25,000 of Dartmoor's lonely acres in an effort to put to use some of the wastelands of Britain. To do it he is teaching the boys to ride cowboy style and to do everything that a real Western Cowboy has to do which is rather different to the Cowboys of the Sereen. Cut Glass fruit bowls were used as fonts at the mass baptism which followed the laying of the foundation stone of the new Church of St. Francis, on the Clifton Estate, Nottingham, during the wee-end. the stone was laid by the blacksmith of Clifton Village, who is also the Parish Church clerk, and a bricklayer living on the Clifton Estate, Mr.Reuben Simkiss, on of the volunteer workers engaged in building the Church.
