MPX5088277: Humour: Pictures of set of "Nude" furniture designed and sculpted by painter and graphic artist Allen Jones, aged 32. This is his second excursion into sculpture. The set comprises a table composed of a crouching female figure, supporting a plate of glass. Another "Nude" stands there with her hands outstretched. If you hang a hat on it it becomes a hat-stand, and of course there is a chair consisting of a girl with a seat on top. Allen Jones is an internationally reputed artist. MPX5088245: The City Literary Institute marked its 50th anniversary with an 'open day' today. As well as displaying students 'arts and crafts' the Drama class gave a lively panto which would have been a credit to the West-end stage.
