The three-year-old labrador sailed through a medical check-up a year after his life-saving operation at Bristol University's Veterinary School. He was so full of life that the vets decided to slow down his new heart-beat from ninety to eighty beats per minute. Major's owner, Mrs. Vivienn Harcombe of Wellington in Somerset said. MPX5088340: Two window-cleaners working in a cradle up the Post Office Tower this morning had a cold three hours when owing to a fault the cradle jammed at the bottom of the tower.
