A meeting between the three Western Commanders and Mr. Dengin, representative of the Soviet High Commission, took place at British Headquarters in Berlin today. The Russians accepted the invitation issued yesterday by Gen. Coleman, British Commander. Purpose of the meeting is to make arrangements for the conference of the four Foreign Ministers due to start in Berlin on Jan. 25th.
