Yvonne Delvo has been a full-time practising artist almost all her life and has exhibited in numerous London galleries. In addition, she has carried out private commissions of family portraits, horses and dogs which now hang in private collections in England, Ireland, Austria, the USA and Australia. Commissioned murals include those for Count de Gripenberg, the Finnish Ambassador to the Court of St James, Mrs J. Rank and Mrs R. Slazenger. Many of Delvo’s paintings have a surreal, dream-like quality and often have a conservation message or theme.
