Julian Novorol was born in 1949 and has always lived on the Essex coast. Being keen on nature, Julian’s interest in ducks grew when he began wildfowling in 1963. His enthusiasm for the sport led him to try to recapture on canvas, scenes from his forays to the marshes near his home. His work has been exhibited with the Society of Wildlife Artists in London, the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust and the Tryon Gallery. His work has been sold widely in the UK and abroad and several of his paintings have been chosen for limited edition prints.
