Biography
Ian Bliss was born in 1930 and was educated at the Repton School and Leicester College of Art. In 1992 he was elected to Membership of the Royal Institute of Painters in Water Colours. Bliss mainly paints in water colours and oils, but also tries his hand at wood engraving. Ian regularly exhibits at the Mall Galleries with the Royal Institute and the Royal Academy Summer Exhibitions.
