Roger Payne is a British artist born in 1934. He is known for his landscape paintings, which are characterized by their vivid colors and bold brushstrokes. Payne studied at the Royal College of Art in London, where he developed his unique style. He has exhibited his work in numerous galleries and museums throughout the UK and internationally. Payne's paintings are held in private and public collections, including the Tate Gallery in London.
