Biography
Anthony Butera subjects include architecture, street scenes, landscapes and automobiles and work includes oils, watercolors and monotypes. As a native of Staten Island, he has recorded many scenes of New York City’s harbor and surrounding areas. Anthony Butera was a Council of the Arts of Staten Island Grant winner in 2003 for his oil paintings of Manhattan storefronts and has completed numerous commissions of watercolors of clients’ homes.
