Following a career of design within publishing, Frank Phillips has established himself as a watercolourist. Entirely self-taught, he finds his inspiration in the linear patchwork of the landscape of teh Perigord Vert region of South West France, where he now lives and has established his studio.<br> <br> He exhibits regularly in France and the United Kingdom and his work is in private collections in Europe, the United States and Australia.
