Biography
Frampton was noted for late Pre-Raphaelite imagery, which he translated into more ethereal and idealized figures in his sculptures. He was also interested in bas-relief, sometimes using the format of small panels in plaster or bronze, often employing color, silver, and gold. Later in his career, he became a leading figure in the Arts and Crafts Movement.
