Biography
Born in Mansfield in Nottinghamshire Stanley Cooke worked in commercial art but especially within greeting card designs for all major producers over many years. He also exhibited paintings at the Royal Academy, London and his watercolours at the Royal Institute. He exhibited at many mixed exhibitions and also had a one man show at the Drian Galleries in London. He enjoyed a long and prolific career.
