Biography
Born in Bristol in 1938, Paul Gribble spent his youth drawing and painting the woods and fields surrounding Hanham. After a successful career as a graphic designer Paul returned to painting full time in 1978. His work covers a wide variety of subjects including sport, railway, beach scenes and children at play. The influence of The Newlyn School is apparent in his work. Paul Gribble has exhibited throughout Europe, the United States and the Far East.
