Badinguet on the beginning of 1873; the nickname attributed by his opponents to Napoleon III (Charles Louis Napoleon Bonaparte 1808-1873); on the wall, the drawings evoke the Franco-Prussian War of 1870, which led to the defeat of the French troops and sealed the end of the regime of the second empire (established by a coup d'état in 1851).
