b. 1945<br> Richard Foster originally trained in Italy. He lives in London and finds the contrast of portraits and landscapes a fulfilling combination. He has painted many landscapes of the East and India. He is also a portrait painter painting groups and individuals, often society figures, in oil or watercolour.
