MPX5152934: The founder of the International Boys' Town charity, Mr. Joe Homan talks to Leamington schoolboys during a fundraising tour. He is visiting a number of schools and his Leamington trip took him to Arnold Lodge School where he addressed the children on the work and aims of the charity. Mr. Homan began his work in1965 when he set up his first boys' town in India to rehabilitate and train destitute youngsters. He has since set up several similar establishments in the sub-continent. Arnold Lodge School has staged several fundraising events for the charity and on July 2nd they will be holding a concert at Holy Trinity Church to boost funds. 31st May 1977 (b/w photo) / Bridgeman Images
